In preparation for the tropical storm conditions, the City of Norfolk will be opening the York Street Garage for residents beginning at 9 AM on Friday, September 22 until 9 AM Sunday, September 24. This notice was provided by the Norfolk Notification Alert System.
Rain conditions are expected in this area beginning shortly after noon on Friday and lasting through the afternoon on Saturday. Expect windy conditions throughout the day and evening on Saturday.
