We are excited to announce Adams Darden and Tom Bond will join our Harvey Lindsay family on January 1, 2024. Adams will lead our team as Vice President, Common Interest Community Management. Tom will join as Maintenance Supervisor, continuing his history of providing quality service to you, our property owners.

The terms of your existing Cavalier Land, Inc. contract will not change. Upon renewal, management services will move to a new contract with our firm. To the extent possible, the Harvey Lindsay document mirrors the essential terms and conditions of your current contract. We are happy to collaborate with you and your Board to aid in this transition when the time is appropriate.

All bank accounts associated with the operation of your association will remain in place. Wiring instructions and ACH forms will not change. For those who make payments by check, please continue to write the checks to the name of your association and mail payment to:

We are open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday. You may reach us during business hours on (767) 640-8700. For payment drop-off, a secure drop box is located in the lobby of our Norfolk office at 999 Waterside Drive, Suite 1400 and it is available for after-hour payments.

For maintenance requests, please call (757) 640-9476. Davette Holliday will be happy to assist you. For after-hours calls, this line is answered by a service. All calls requiring immediate attention are forwarded to the manager on duty.
