Dear Pilot House Residents,
Thank you to everyone who has already completed the Resident Contact Information Update Form. We have received responses from approximately 50% of the building, which is a great start.
However, to ensure the new security system operates correctly for all residents, every unit must submit a response.
The form will collect:
Primary contact information for all unit residents (up to three individuals)
Directory display preferences for guest entry
Emergency contact details
Unit owner contact information (if different from the unit resident(s))
Confirmation of all key fobs currently in your possession (up to 6),
including the code printed on the back of each fob and the primary user of it
When completing the fob section, enter each code exactly as it appears (example: 46E50439) and select the resident who generally uses that fob. While fobs are assigned to units and their use is determined by the residents, this information is being collected to better understand typical usage. Please list only the fobs currently in your possession. Please note, fobs not identified in this survey will be disabled.
Accurate information is essential to ensure proper directory display, emergency communication, and secure building access. Response from this survey will be used to update the Security System, Guest Entry Directory, and Resident Listing.

If you haven’t already done so, please complete the form no later than Friday, March 6, 2026. For any units that have not responded by Sunday, March 8, members of the Safety & Security Committee will reach out directly to gather the information—a friendly Pilot House version of the U.S. Census.
Thank you for your cooperation,
Safety & Security Committee
