Pressure Washing Lobby Stairs (4/22)

Residents,

As some of you are aware, Phil Copley (#405) has been assisting the Pilot House Association with small pressure washing projects around the property.

Saturday April 22, 2022 pressure washing will occur on 2nd Floor Lobby Exterior stairs (9AM - 12PM). This will include all townhome stairs/porches, and adjacent walkways.

Signs will be posted, but if you wish to exit the building during this time (unless there is an emergency) please do so via the garage.
