The Pilot House recently had an Annual Fire Alarm Inspection on August 10 with favorable results. The City inspector made a recommendation to perform some additional work on a section of plumbing in the Fire Pump Room. We have engaged a plumber to perform this work on Tuesday, September 13.
This is a notification to the Pilot House community of a planned water interruption on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.
The water interruption will occur between the hours of 8:00 AM on Tuesday, September 13 and 4:00 PM on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. This is expected to impact the entire building, the dock, and all residents of the Pilot House. The Pilot House Board apologizes for any inconvenience you may experience, although we consider your safety to be our primary concern.
