Pedestrian Gates. Due to our crazy weather, the two pedestrian gates off Bute Street have been slow to close. Please make sure the gates are closed when coming and going.
Deliveries. if you are taking delivery of any large items, please make sure that the delivery vehicles do not park in such a way as to block access into the lower garage or prevent our neighbors from accessing their driveway. Thanks.
