Notice of Annual Inspection of Fire Alarm
and Sprinkler System Testing
March 1 and March 2, 2021 beginning at 9:00 AM
The Annual Fire Alarm testing is scheduled to occur on March 1 and March 2 and will commence at 9:00 AM and will continue for several hours across this two day period.
This annual inspection will include but is not limited to the Fire Alarm System, Sprinkler System, Fire Pumps, Backflow Preventers & Fire Extinguishers. The Alarm in the building may be triggered during this test. This test requires a check of each floor and of each common area stairwell device.
The Board of Directors understand the inconvenience of having to listen to any recurring loud alarms, but please be assured that the testing is necessary and is required in order to keep the system operating safely and properly. Insuring your safety is a top priority of the Board of Directors.
