HOA Board open positions - an update

Following the HOA Board meeting on Monday, it was brought to the Board's attention that there is another HOA Board position that will need to be filled, in addition to Daniel Goldstein's three year term.

In researching this, it was also found that the relevant 2024 HOA Board Meeting Minutes are either not accessible or no longer on our share drive. If in fact Buffy Devnew's term is due to expire, then there would be an election held to fill two, as opposed to one, positions in September.

There is good news - that Buffy has agreed to continue on the Board if elected!

Formal meeting notice will be forthcoming as soon as the requested documents have been retrieved and the terms of upcoming vacancies have been verified.
