Good news bad news

The good news is - the elevators are both working 🤞🏼🤞🏼. The bad news is that in addition to the trash chute clog, the green exit button at the front pedestrian gate is only working sporadically. Unit owners can use their key or the Open App to open the door. The door has been propped open with a brick so that our mail man and the Amazon delivery people don’t get stuck and have to jump the fence. Please leave the door propped. It will be closed after sunset.

And, as usual, unit owner who discovers a maintenance issue are urged to submit a maintenance request on the Harvey Lindsay website.

Finally! Getem will be here to spray NEXT SATURDAY, JULY 27 starting at 9:00 am. If you do not wish to have them spray your unit please tape a notice to your door prior to Saturday morning. 🐜🦟🪳
