Each December the Flood Insurance Policy at the Pilot House is renewed. This is an important document to have, especially for units that have a mortgage. Most mortgage lenders will request evidence annually from the mortgagor/borrower. In the absence of this information the lender may purchase this on your behalf and apply the expense to your escrow. As we have more residents requesting this information annually, we will continue to post it (in PDF format) for download annually. This will also be placed under the Resident Documents/General Pilot House Notices/Insurance folder on the website.
