Each December the Flood Insurance Policy at the Pilot House is renewed. This is an important document to have, especially for units that have a mortgage. Most mortgage lenders will request evidence annually from the mortgagor/borrower. In the absence of this information the lender may purchase this and apply the expense to the escrow. As we have more residents requesting this information annually, we will begin to post it each year for ease of access. Please see below the new Flood Insurance Policy Declaration for the period of December 6, 2022 thru December 6, 2023.
