The weather service is predicting that the high tide on Monday afternoon will be 6’8” above normal. Based on past history, our garage will begin to take on water at 6’1”. The safety committee will be installing the Jersey barricades, sandbags and the elevator lobby flood control system on Sunday evening. The work will be completed Monday morning. At that point there will be no access into the building from the garage level.

The safety committee recommends that all residents move their cars out of the garage before 8:00 a.m. Monday and prepare to be out of the garage all day Monday.
