Here's a message from John Bowers and Phil Copley about using our electronic door opening system, OpenPath.
OpenPath put out an upgrade in the past week to the mobile app (Version 1.2.3). Some of you may have set your mobile to upgrade apps automatically, and some may upgrade apps manually. In any case once the upgrade has occurred your mobile will not unlock the doors at any of the OpenPath entrances unless you re-authenticate your app. Please contact either Phil Copley, email@example.com, or John Bowers, firstname.lastname@example.org. Either of them can push out an email link to your mobile that will allow you to re-authenticate the OpenPath app. This does not affect the function of your fob or keypad entry code.
