I’m sure many of us are wondering when the NOAA ships are leaving and taking their noise with them.
Gary recently got an update from the Commander about this and we wanted to share this information:
“…Schedules are very fluid right now. At the latest, I expect Okeanos Explorer may be here until late October. Ronald H. Brown is expected to depart in early October. Thomas Jefferson will be in and out regularly, as this is its homeport.”
So, we need to continue our patience with this for a while longer.
Sorry to hear, but thanks for the update. It was pleasant for the several days while the blowers on Okeanos Explorer were off. Now, I can’t carry on a conversation again while in the boat cockpit at the pier.
