The second quarter date for Getem’s pest treatment has been moved to this Saturday, April 17 between 9-11 AM, instead of April 24.
While Getem has been regularly spraying in the common areas around the building during high Covid times, they have not been entering the units. Because of that limitation, we’ve seen an increase in crawly critters, so we encourage you to have your unit treated. The more units treated, the better the result.
You don’t need to be home for this, but it’s fine if you are. Board member Gary Naigle will be accompanying the tech and they'll knock on your door before entering. If you don't want your unit treated, please leave a note on your door that says “No treatment”.
The Getem tech and Gary will be wearing a mask, and we ask that you also wear one if you’re at home for this treatment.
The treatment takes less than 2 minutes; the tech will spray your kitchen, bathrooms and utility rooms where there’s pipe entry and exit.
This is a low odor, non-staining chemical and is only harmful to pets when wet. Fish tanks should be covered and the filter system turned off for at least one hour after the treatment.
Please expect a knock on your door this on Saturday, April 17, 9-11.
The remaining treatment dates (all Saturdays) for the rest of 2021 stay the same.
