COMMUNIQUE- New Awnings, 2021 Reserve Study

Thanks to the Covenants Committee’s Pilot House Beautification project, on Friday, April 2 we’ll be getting spiffy new black awnings along our entry way to the building. This will include the awning at the main gate (above the key pad), the 3 townhouse awnings and the big awning at the glass doors to the 2nd floor lobby.

Also, as discussed at our recent board meeting, we’ve placed the 2021 Reserve Study on our Pilot House website and is available for owners to review. On our home page, just click on Owners/Residents, go to the FAQs, choose Owner FAQs, and you’ll find it under Where Can I Find…? Look for “the latest reserve study”.
