Gary, our Dock Master, received the following information from the Chief of Operations at NOAA about some work on the OKEANOS EXPLORER that he wanted to pass along to our residents:
"Next Tuesday, July 21, we will have a commercial dive team working alongside Okeanos Explorer and in the water around the ship's hull. This work will likely block access to the Pilot House condo marina on the side nearest the ship for most of the day, as the divers will be using their dive boat, which is 59' long by 20' wide. The work is planned for 0800-1700 (8AM - 5PM). While dive operations are going on, the ship will make a mandatory "divers down" announcement every 15 minutes via the ship's PA system. Please pass this information on to your residents so they can plan accordingly.”
