The PH Board of Directors wanted to communicate to all unit owners that the format for the “Contractor Rules and Information for Renovations and Events Requiring Notification” has been revised. The revised document is on the website and a copy can be found on the bulletin board.
In addition to the revised format, the information includes new guidelines regarding the parking of service vehicles: “No service vehicle greater than 18 feet in overall length may be parked in the PH service spaces, and it must not obstruct any parking spaces.”
Please read the document carefully before undertaking any renovations or scheduling the delivery or removal of any major appliance, furniture, carpeting, etc.
Once the form is completed, it should be mailed, emailed, hand delivered, or faxed to Cavalier Land at 757-625-8235.
