Carpet cleaning tomorrow, Getem spraying Saturday, and much more

Hi everyone,

There is a lot going on around here. Two dates to keep in mind for this week:

-Carpet cleaning starts tomorrow at 8:30am.

-Getem quarterly creepy crawler spraying starts Saturday morning at 9am.

Also happening around the Pilot House:

-Garage ceiling final repair (access panel for sewer cleanouts) is scheduled for Friday morning.

-Elevated Plumbing has started working on the condensation access project.

-Security system upgrade project started with folks on site today.

-Entry way door replacements with stronger magnetic locks have been ordered (but may take some time to get here)

-Covenants Committee is expecting delivery from Decorum this week to finalize interior decor upgrade and will work on getting storage for the dock furniture cushions in garage lobby.

-Building envelope engineers have been engaged and will begin analysis.

-Safety Committee is obtaining estimates to upgrade parking lot gate and garage door electronics and operational mechanisms.

There is one thing that we can all do to help please. As you see service providers working in our community, please make them feel welcome. Say hello, thank them for their work, be friendly, and help us show that the Pilot House is a good client. That helps us get better service or even get a reply to our requests for service! Please do the same for our cleaning crew and team from Harvey Lindsay.
