For those who are planning to have a fan installed please be aware that although there are no restrictions on style of fan, the color must be white. Thanks.
Covenants discussed this at our last meeting and white is the color of the fan and lights, if any. The actual fan should be a flush-mounted style. If the ceiling fixture is replaced with another fixture, it also is to be white with white light(s).
in response to an inquiry, “white” does not include cream,gray,or any ”white-ish” colors.
