You won't want to miss tonight's HOA meeting @ 6pm in 2nd Floor Lobby and two reminders

Hello everyone. Tonight's meeting will start with a plumbing presentation, delve into ongoing projects, and have some updates from our property manager. You might want to bring a chair as seating is limited.

Also, two reminders:

1. Next Monday Sep 15 @ 6pm is our annual meeting. If you cannot make that meeting in person, please be sure to fill out your proxy and return it before then so we have a quorum.

2. Plumbing checklists have been sent out by email and regular mail. These are mandatory to compile and return by end of September.
