We also want to explain an important update regarding camera access. An IP address—think of it like an internet street address—tells your camera app how to find the Pilot House cameras. In the past, if the Pilot House IP address changed, the app would have trouble connecting. We’ve now worked with COX to keep the Pilot House IP address stable, so your camera app can always find the Pilot House cameras without interruptions. We appreciate all involved in testing our deployment plan and to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future.
