This week's events - finishing condensation flush, refreshing condo office, and GREAT NEWS about parking gate!

Hello Everyone-

Elevated Plumbing returns Thursday to finish the few units left to finish for the condensation flushing project. If this affects you then I have already been in touch with you separately. Just letting everyone know so you know why they are here.

Wednesday, there will be work being done in the building office (the room that is behind the mailboxes). Handyman Mike will be doing a very affordable refresh of this room that is in pretty bleak condition. Also, the electrical rooms on 3rd and 5th floors have been emptied. Please never put anything in these. The south stairwell has been cleared out except for elevator pads and elevator carpets. Nothing else should ever be put there. The north stairwell will shortly be cleared out, too. Please never put any personal belongings in stairwells, electrical rooms, the garbage room (except as appropriate in bins) or anywhere else in common areas of the building.

GREAT NEWS: New vendors have been selected, contracts signed, and they will shortly be changing the motor on the parking gate to bring the technology into this century. Expect reliable functioning with ongoing maintenance and all at a reasonable price. Thank you to the Covenants Committee and Safety Committee for their work on this.

Lastly, the doors to the 2nd floor and garage lobby have been replaced and are functioning correctly. The security system upgrade is finished with just a few minor items to remove from the punch list. Information on training will be forthcoming.
