🚨 THE GATE IS BACK IN BUSINESS! 🎉

Good afternoon, neighbors!

We are pleased to announce that VSC was on-site today and has successfully repaired our main pedestrian gate!

As it turns out, the gate wasn’t protesting, taking an unauthorized vacation, or simply refusing to cooperate. Its latch mechanism had failed and needed to be replaced. Apparently, even our gate has a breaking point! 😂

The good news? The faulty latch mechanism has been replaced, and all entry and exit modes have been tested and confirmed to be functioning properly.

That’s right! You can once again come and go without having to negotiate with the gate, question your access credentials, or wonder whether you’re going to make it home for dinner.

A big thank-you to VSC for completing the repairs and to all our residents for your patience while we worked through the issue. Additionally, thank you to John Bowers (Unit 201) for serving as the volunteer doorman.

The gate is officially back on duty, and we expect it to take its responsibilities a little more seriously this time! 🔐
