All,
For a quick and fun 5-minute activity, please take a few moments to try the new guest AI Intercom at either the main gate or the upper lobby doors.
Several members of our community have already tested the system by calling themselves or their respective unit, and we have had multiple guests successfully enter the building using it. Simply follow the instructions posted at each station.
Contact Methods:
Direct Connect - If a guest attempts to contact you via the intercom by name only you will be contacted
Unit Connect - If a guest attempts to contact a unit (Unit 405) via the intercom all residents associated with that unit will be contacted simultaneously.
Please note that a virtual directory is also available for guests via the QR code posted at each respective station. Guests can use the directory on their cell phone to identify the appropriate resident or unit and trigger the intercom call.
Temporary labeling is currently in place for guests and for residents who wish to enter using a code. Feedback & questions on the entry process is welcome and can be sent to copleypa@gmail.com.
