Security System Update - Intercom & Keypads - Active

Good day,

The AI intercom at the lobby doors has been installed, along with the permanent keypads at the main gate and lobby doors. This setup enables full access for both guests and residents via the new system.


We’re planning a community training session soon—more details to follow on that. In the meantime, all units and residents have been added to the virtual directory to allow their guests to connect with them to request access.


From the guest perspective:

Guests can press the “Doorbell” and follow the voice prompts to contact a resident. They may say either the unit number or the resident’s name and that unit or resident will be contacted. Please note when the unit number is indicated all residents of the unit will be contacted.


From the resident perspective:

  • If you indicated in the community survey that you have the mobile app, you will receive a notification through the app. Once you respond, you’ll be able to view the guest at the entry (they will not be able to see you) and unlock the door using the app’s lock/unlock feature if you choose.

  • If you indicated that you do not have the app, you will receive a standard voice call instead. You can press 9 to unlock the entry.

To acces the doors via the keypad, you need to enter code then press "ENTER" on the bottom right.


Extra Details:

  • USPS, UPS, and FedEx access codes are active.

  • Unique resident access codes are active.

  • Amazon Key is also in place


The Committee/Vendor are still refining the experience, so please have patience. We are working to ensure ease of access for both residents & guests.
