Security System Project - Update

Happy Saturday,

This week’s phased installation of the new guest entry intercom was delayed due to some unexpected technical challenges. The vendor is regrouping on timing of next steps and remains confident in a swift resolution. The lobby door legacy entry system remains in place. However, we are continuing to move forward with other aspects of the rollout where we can.

This week the Security Committee (and their respective units) were setup to allow for testing over the coming days of the new guest entry experience using the AI Intercom at the main gate. Some select units will be contacted directly over the coming week to allow for them to also experience the new system.

The Security Committee is looking forward to an offical launch overview for the community once the project concludes. Immediately following that overview, the Social Committee looks forward the pop-up social at the home of Jack & Buffy Devnew. The date of this is yet to be determined.
