It is with a sad heart that I have to report that our wonderful neighbor, Arnold Leon, passed away yesterday at Harbor’s Edge. Arnold and His late wife, Telsa, were one of the first if not the first residents of the Pilot House having moved here the summer of 1987. He was a true member of the community. He was generous with his time and retained an active interest in our community. Once we have information about calling hours we will it post here.
I know we will all miss him.
Arnold will be missed. He was indeed a kind hearted man who very much enjoyed our social gatherings and talking to everyone who attended.
Arnold was a very special, interesting gentleman! What a sharp mind he had, right up to the end. I so much enjoyed our visits and getting to know him. I will really miss him.♥️
I was at Voila one night some years ago w/ Jeanne P. Ross and, although I rarely saw Arnold, he picked up our dinner tab. It was completely unexpected and extremely generous. He always seemed so kind and gentle... he will be missed.
I’m so sorry to hear this. Although our paths crossed only a few times, I appreciated Arnold Leon’s ready smile and warm personality. We’ll miss him.
I had the pleasure of knowing Arnold and the whole family, since I was a kid growing up in Portsmouth, Va. He had a great and giving spirit. We will miss him greatly.
