Reminder - Resident Check-In: Are You Getting Notifications?

The Association wants to make sure every resident receives important Pilot House notices — announcements, maintenance alerts, meeting notices, and emergency information. We send these by email from norfolkpilothouse.com and as push notifications through the Spaces by Wix mobile app.

Please take two minutes to complete the Resident Notification Check-In survey. One response per resident, please.

Why it matters

If our emails land in your spam folder or your app notifications are turned off, you could miss time-sensitive information about maintenance work, meetings, events, or emergencies in the building.

Quick checks you can do today

• Email: Check your spam or junk folder for messages from norfolkpilothouse.com and mark them as “Not spam.”

• Spaces app: Download Spaces by Wix from the App Store or Google Play, find Norfolk Pilot House, and log in with the same email you use on our website. (Invite Code: JOTWQ5)

• Push notifications: In your phone’s settings, make sure notifications are allowed for the Spaces app.
