As you are aware the Pilot House Board of Directors is scheduled to meet at 3PM on 1/23/2024 in the second floor lobby. Association President Doty, wanted to specifically let the community know the agenda will include review and discussion of the W. Bute Street Bulkhead rehabilitation project. This includes summary of city & contractor engagement efforts by the Association, and the Ad-hoc Bulkhead Committee preliminary recommendation's.
I have duties at work but I would like to review the report once it is available to members. This repair seems critical to the integrity of our property.
