Mark your calendars and get ready to unwind on the dock with neighbors, friends, and great waterfront vibes. Our BYOB Social Nights are the perfect way to relax, connect, and enjoy everything that makes our community special. All BOYB Events start at 6PM on the Dock (Weather Permitted).

• June 12 – Sunset Sips 🌅

Bring something smooth and refreshing—this night is all about unwinding as the sun goes down.

• July 17 – Island Vibes Night 🌴

Tropical flavors, relaxed energy, and a mid-summer escape right on the dock.

• August 14 – Dockside Classics ⚓

No theme needed—just your favorite drink, good company, and classic summer vibes.

• September 11 – End of Season Toast 🍂

One last gathering to close out the season—easygoing, reflective, and worth showing up for.

Bring your favorite drink, a chair, a dish to share, and your best stories—we’ll take care of the sunset views and vibes.
