One more night with garage open...

The remotes are programmed for the garage door but the torrential rains interrupted getting them programmed for the parking gates. One more night.

Also, there is a not very loud alarm that is intermittently going off in the lobby. This happens when it rains. If it does not shut off after the rains stop, the service is on call to come in tomorrow morning.

Lastly, the torrential rains highlighted some issues that may cause water getting into the garage. We know about the downspouts that are blocked in front of the townhouses. If you see any other blockages, please let us know.
