The Annual Fire Alarm inspection and testing is scheduled to occur on August 10 and August 11. It will commence at 8:00 AM and will continue for several hours across this two day period.
This annual inspection will be conducted by Fire Life Safety of America and may include, but is not limited to the Fire Alarm System, Sprinkler System, Fire Pumps, Backflow Preventers & Fire Extinguishers. The Alarm in the building may be triggered during this test. This test requires a check of each floor and of each common area stairwell device.
The Board of Directors understand the inconvenience of having to listen to any recurring loud alarms, but please be assured that the testing is necessary and is required in order to keep the system operating safely and properly. Insuring your safety is a top priority of the Board of Directors.
