Next PH HOA board meeting is a week from today, Monday Nov 10 @6pm in the 2nd floor lobby. The board will go through usual administrative procedures, give updates to projects underway, and give more information about two planned events which will affect all of us:

-Thursday Nov 13 - Elevated Plumbing will be conducting a mandatory inspection of every unit's condensation line access in preparation for the building-wide condensation line flush which is planned for Spring 2026.

-Tuesday Nov 18 - water will be shut off for a few hours to allow several unit owners to have their unit's main water shut off valves updated (precise timing will be shared closer to that day)
