New Doors Are On their Way! - April 1, 2026

Pilot House Residents,

On April 1 (Tomorrow), glass doors in the 2nd floor lobby and lower lobby will be replaced. Staging of equipment will start around 7:30 AM, and work will begin promptly at 8AM. At the same time, new Mag-Locks will be installed. These Mag-Locks will be stronger then the previous locks, and will go a long way to prevent unauthorized entry. Additionally VSC will correct some anomalies we tend to experience with the Mag-Locks during long periods of power disruption.

We want to thank the Covenants Committee for reviewing these doors prior to their selection and purchase and to also thank Walker & Labarge & VSC for coordinating on this installation.

For all residents who are early risers please keep this in mind.
