Message about upcoming Architectural Review Board guidelines review meeting

Forwarded Message: As you may have heard, the City of Norfolk is currently reviewing the Architectural Review Board (ARB) guidelines as it’s been quite some time since they’ve been updated.  Many of you as a property owner within the Freemason Historic District have worked through the ARB process and received a certificate of appropriateness (COA) to make external changes to your property, such as landscaping and windows.  We’ve scheduled a meeting with Elizabeth Nowak, City of Norfolk Historic Preservation Officer, and Faith Hamman, City Planner – Historic Preservation to talk through the process and hope you can join us.

• Time:  6:30 pm

• Location Freemason Harbour Condo family room (255 College Cross)

This distribution lists includes the FSAA condo reps for McCullough’s Row; Freemason Place, Pilot House, and Jamestown and ask that you share this information with your fellow residents.  We know we’re missing some residents, so please feel free to share this email and provide me with their email, so I can add them.  Also, if you are no longer a property owner, let me know and I’ll remove you.
