Hello everyone- You will be receiving an email and regular mailing from our property manager Harvey Lindsay with this same information. We are returning to requiring everyone to fill out an annual water heater and plumbing checklist to safeguard our building from water damage caused by unit owners' water heaters and plumbing equipment. The checklist (see attached) is self-explanatory and easy to complete. Completed forms must be returned to Harvey Lindsay by end of September.

If you have any questions, the best time to ask would be next Monday September 8 at our PH HOA meeting at 6pm in the 2nd floor lobby, also because we will have a plumbing specialist attending that meeting to address plumbing questions.
