Main Lobby Video Intercom - Not Functional - Service Call Scheduled

Good Evening,

The Main lobby Video Intercom is non-functional. While basic troubleshooting was done this evening without success, a service call has been placed with the vendor. Please note, the keypad/reader remains functional at that location.
