You may have noticed that over the last several months there’s been a sign on the keypad at the pedestrian gate to the upper lot that said the call box was not working.
Thanks to our physical security team (John Bowers, Phil Copley and Bruce Robertson) the keypad has been fixed, and that sign has been removed.
This means that visitors can now use the call box to ring your phone number registered to the keypad. All you need to do is press “9” on your phone to unlock the gate (and this works from anywhere, not just from inside your unit). The process works the same way at the glass doors.
