Guest Intercom Installation & Activation - This Week

Residents,
We’re approaching the final phase of the Security System Upgrades. Several exciting updates will be installed and activated this week.
On Tuesday, March 24, 2024, the new AI Intercom guest entry system will go live at the main gate. This is the first phase of the overall installation. The legacy guest call-box system and its wiring will be removed that same day.
On Wednesday, March 25, 2025, the digital directory and intercom routing will be completed within the system. Residents who have Open-path installed on their mobile devices will receive app notifications when a guest calls. Those without Open-path will receive a standard phone call only. Inbound calls from the AI Intercom guest entry system will appear from (+1-872-772-6977), use "9" to grant entry.
On Thursday, March 26, 2026, the legacy call-box system and wiring at the second-floor lobby doors will be removed. The new AI Intercom guest entry system will then be installed and activated, marking the third phase of the security upgrade. Please note that guest entry calls will be temporarily unavailable during this work. Guest entry notifications will resume through the new system once installation is complete.

We are also working to add QR codes at each entry point so guests can access the digital directory if they need help locating names or unit numbers.
Additional training and guidance will be provided as the rollout continues.
