Garage doors are back to functioning as they should - do not click to close please

Hello all. At long last the replacement component arrived and the garage doors have been returned to normal functioning. Please do not click to close after entering the garage, the doors will close automatically. A reminder that if you block the door from closing during its automatic close, it may remain open. Please only use the clicker to operate the entry door.

We are monitoring the much delayed await for the component to fix the parking lot gate. Until it arrives, there is nothing anyone can do. We are also evaluating a different long-term solution for the gate, as discussed at the last HOA meeting.
