As a brief update on the renovation of our elevator system, Thyssenkrupp Elevator (TKE) has indicated that the North Elevator will be ready for operation during the first full week of June. Specifically, the North Elevator will be placed into operation between Monday, June 5 and Friday, June 9. At the point that the North Elevator is placed into service, TKE will take the South Elevator fully offline for renovation. New flooring will be installed in both renovated elevators, once the South Elevator renovation has been completed. We expect that the complete project should be finalized during the fall of 2023.
The board continues to be most appreciative of the patience and support of the Pilot House community throughout this critical project.
Stephanie and I really can’t believe we have been here 17 years and we still cannot believe we are leaving.
We want you to know how much we appreciate the friendship and support we have received from this community, especially in the last few months - whether we asked for it or not.

We have so much to be grateful for, and to look forward to, and we will always treasure our time in the Pilot House as we start a new chapter.
As we are not the first, and will likely not be the last, maybe we should form the “Pilot House Alums“ at Harbors Edge?!
