Drying up!

The 2:50am high tide not only did not breach anywhere along the property (several inches margin) but also the water that did seep into the garage yesterday has almost entirely dried up as of now.

We’ll get a final update tomorrow (looks like we’re past the risk).

Please do not drive in/out of the garage yet. There is an open grate and equipment out in the open.
