Condensate access verification - Thursday, November 13 9am on

Hello. At our last PH HOA meeting with the presentation from Elevated Plumbing, it was decided that in Spring 2026 we will be doing a building-wide preemptive flushing of condensate lines. Not all units have accessible lines so the first step is to verify which units are accessible and which need work done to access the line. This is a mandatory verification, as will be the condensate flushing, and will be a condominium expense.

On Thursday, November 13, starting at 9am, Steve Summerford from Elevated Plumbing will be examining each unit's condensate line access. He will be accompanied by PH HOA Board member Daniel for those who are not home. A reminder will be sent out again one week before.

It will greatly lessen the amount of time needed for the verification if everyone can please clear out the area around your air handler (most likely in your utility room/closet) before November 13.
