The board is happy to announce that all roof work is done and the upper lot is now open again. Thanks to all residents for their help and patience during this critical project.
Anyone assigned a space in the upper lot should now return to regularly parking there, starting today, Saturday, May 2.
Note:
· On Monday, May 4, please do not park in spaces 207, 209 or the adjacent the service space to allow some masonry work to be completed.
· The porta potty will be removed sometime next week but has been moved out of the way into one of the service spots.
· Contractors and service workers can start to use the West facing service space after the masonry work is done and can start using the South facing space once the porta potty is removed.
YAY! Now that the roof work has been completed, can the pads and floor coverings be removed from the elevators?
