CARPET CLEANING - THURSDAY, JULY 23, 2020 @ 9 AM
Now that the roofing work is all but done and the paper carpet protector is no longer on the 6th floor, carpet cleaning is scheduled for: Thursday, July 23 starting at about 9AM.
The carpet cleaners will be in the building 3-4 hours and it will take about 5 hours to dry. We’ve asked them to please wear a mask.
Residents may walk on the carpet while it’s drying, but please be sure the bottom of your shoes aren't soiled.
PEST CONTROL - THURSDAY, JULY 30, 2020 @ 3:00.
Getum pest control will be going inside units on Thursday, July 30 starting at 3PM until about 5:30 to spray kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms where there’s pipe entry and exit. You do not need to be home for this, but it's fine if you are; a board member will accompany the technician to each unit. We’ve asked the tech and board member to please wear a mask.
If you DO NOT want Getem entering your unit to spray, please put a note on your door.
This is a low odor, non-staining chemical and is only harmful to pets when wet. Fish tanks should be covered and the filter system turned off for at least one hour after the treatment.
