IMPORTANT: If any resident has an interest in replacing their HVAC system while the roof work is being done, please let Jeanne Bowers know ASAP and she will work with you and Mike, the roofing project manager, on this. There’s a possibility that Mike MAY be able to lift the unit on to the roof, potentially saving you some money on a crane. But act quickly!
Just wanted everyone to know that the roof project is coming along nicely, and the expected finish date is mid-April….weather depending, of course! The main roof is about 80% done and when that’s finished they will work on the townhouse roof. Check out the picture on the Resident Info Exchange tab!
