CONTINUATION OF MASONRY WORK

The masonry work will continue through Oct 11.  Anyone parking in the upper lot should consider moving their car to avoid any dust and/or debris.  The mason will be working on the three landing/stair areas of the townhouses and also along the East side of the building along the footpath and lot boarder.  The dust could be more prevalent while he’s working on the footpath and boarder, with a greater chance of landing on any cars parked there.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Vector Security has finished installing the final phase of our security cameras.  Using your Hik-Connect app you will be able to view these new areas covered as well as the areas from Phase I.  If you have any trouble viewing the areas the cameras cover, please contact John or Jeanne Bowers for help.

LOST KEY?  NEED AN EXTRA?  HERE’S THE PROCESS

Keys can only be obtained from the following vendor:

You can obtain a key(s) directly from the vendor by going to the store and showing a picture ID with your address to verify you are indeed a resident of the Pilot House.

If you do not want to go the store, you can call the vendor, arrange for payment of the key(s), and the key will be shipped to The Select Group’s office in Virginia Beach, (2224 Virginia Beach Blvd., Suite 201).  The key(s) will be shipped with signature required upon delivery.  You can then pick the key up at The Select Group’s office.
