☕ Coffee, Clipboards, and a Weather Watch

Pilot House Community,

Did you know another winter storm may impact our area this weekend?

While it’s still too early for final specifics, current weather models are consistently showing a significant system developing offshore, with our region positioned on the western edge of the storm.

What we know so far:

- Strong northeast winds are expected to shift to the north from Saturday into Sunday.

- Snow accumulation estimates vary by model, but current projections suggest at least 6 inches is possible.

- Forecast confidence should improve by Thursday afternoon, particularly regarding timing and snowfall totals.

Parking Heads-Up:

Should the forecast models hold true - Residents who park in the upper lot should plan to move their vehicles in advance of the storm to allow the HOA to efficiently facilitate snow plowing and removal following the storm. Alternative parking options include the garage, street parking, or the York Street Garage.

The Safety & Security Committee is actively monitoring conditions and will continue to keep the community informed as we approach the weekend. An update to the community will be sent Thursday Afternoon to solidify plans.

Please use the next couple of days to prepare accordingly, and stay tuned for further updates.
