Cleaning of the Carpets & Lobby Tiles

 Carpets and Lobby Tiles to be Cleaned:  This upcoming Tuesday, February 20, the carpet on all the floors will be cleaned.  In addition, the tiles in the second floor and the lower garage lobbies will be cleaned.  Duke Brothers has been engaged to perform the work.

The work is expected to start at 9:00 am and it will take 5 to 6 hours to complete.  Duke Brothers was asked whether foot traffic is allowable while the cleaning takes place.   The only instructions received was that the tiles may be slippery when wet, and to be careful of the hoses that will be used for the cleaning.
